An on-site IT Technician ensures quick resolution of daily technical issues, minimizing downtime and keeping operations running smoothly. This role supports employee productivity, prevents small problems from escalating, and provides consistent, hands-on IT assistance during business hours—making it essential for maintaining business continuity.

- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and other office IT equipment

- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking

- Maintain printers, scanners, and shared office devices

- Assist with installing updates, patches, and standard software applications

- Provide front-line support for employee IT requests (in person or via ticketing system)

- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and accessories

- Support internet and network checks (e.g., restarting routers, checking connections)

- Perform regular workstation inspections to ensure functionality and cleanliness

- Document issues and solutions for future reference

- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or related course

- 0–1 year of experience in an IT support or technician role 

- Basic understanding of Windows OS, hardware components, and MS Office

- Willingness to perform routine technical tasks and learn on the job

- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

- Must be willing to work on-site in Makati, Monday to Saturday (9AM–6PM)
