簡介
- Supervises and monitor the employees under the Facilities Department
- Monitor schedule of staffs as prescribed by the management.
- Overall in-charge of the cleanliness and conditions of the facility.
- Ensuring that furniture & fixtures are presentable & functional.
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance, repairs of equipments.
- Special projects in charge
- Monitoring of Company vehicles
- Responsible for training new employees under Facilities Department
- Ensuring that a safe and equitable environment exists at all times
- Ensure the proper use and care of equipment.
- See that all staffs are present and at their assigned areas when they are scheduled to work. If not, the Facility Supervisor is responsible for finding a replacement for that shift and for reporting this absence on the assigned Department.
- Being able to complete tasks efficiently and without very close supervision.
- Continually walk around the facility checking all to ensure security, observing equipment for defects, observing staffs for misuse of equipment or inappropriate conduct, and general encouragement of staffs.
- Other duties as assigned.
職位要求
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s College/Degree
- With minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable in basic vehicle troubleshooting is an advantage
