职位描述

  • Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections, perform installations, manage front office tasks, and respond to charge calls promptly.
  • Inspect facilities for safety and compliance standards.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.
  • Assist with repairs, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
  • Document work performed and schedule regular inspections.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required. With NC II
  • Experience Level: 1-3 year of experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in commercial and residential electrical systems, use of power and hand tools, excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of safety regulations.
  • Working Conditions: May involve physically demanding tasks in various environments.
  • Qualities and Traits: Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess good problem-solving abilities.
