• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
• Present menus and offer detailed explanations of the dishes, including ingredients and preparation methods
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Serve food and drinks professionally while checking for guest satisfaction
• Handle any customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and care
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service
• Process payments and provide change or receipts as needed
• Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress (Mediterranean or similar cuisine preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset
• Basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods
