Supervision & Oversight: Supervise the Compliance Officer to ensure accurate and timely filing of BIR requirements and other related tax matters.
Documentation & Coordination: Provide required compliance-related documents to Finance, Accounting, and Operating departments for internal and external reporting.
SEC Compliance: Ensure timely and complete compliance with SEC requirements including submission of General Information Sheets (GIS), Audited Financial Statements (AFS), and General Form of Financial Statements (GFFS) for various business units.
LGU Compliance: Oversee acquisition and renewal of all LGU-related permits and licenses for all branches and business units. Facilitate business registration processes for new branches or companies.
Business Permit Renewal: Prepare necessary data such as Monthly Gross Sales, prior year comparisons, and sales breakdowns based on audited financials for annual permit renewals.
Business Closure/Retirement: Lead the end-to-end process for business registration retirement with LGU and BIR.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, taxation, or regulatory affairs, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of BIR, SEC, and LGU compliance procedures and documentation.
