About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of government infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of industry experience, hold a valid PRC license, and have attended relevant trainings and seminars aligned with the latest standards in project management and construction regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end implementation of government construction projects
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
  • Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, engineers, and suppliers
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and safety standards
  • Lead project teams and supervise on-site progress
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders
  • Resolve project issues promptly and effectively

Persyaratan

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered)
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record in managing government-funded projects
  • Completion of relevant trainings/seminars in project management, safety, and compliance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant construction software
  • Knowledgeable in government procurement processes (e.g., RA 9184, bidding procedures)

Preferred:

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Familiarity with ISO standards or DPWH guidelines
  • Experience in handling vertical and horizontal infrastructure projects
