Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective and existing customers
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads and follow up promptly
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations
Handle customer complaints or objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions
Keep accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions
Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional trends
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented
Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations
Highly developed sense of professionalism, integrity, and customer service
Willingness to travel as needed and meet clients in person
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong command of verbal and written communication in English and Filipino
