  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in the LPG industry.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, highlighting sales performance, key achievements, and areas of concern.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.


Persyaratan

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the LPG industry or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of the LPG industry, including understanding of supply chains, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and market research.
