Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive – IT Training

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to support and grow our IT training programs, including industry-recognized certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, and ITIL. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies, generating sales leads, and supporting the training operations to help us achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns to promote training programs.

• Develop and produce marketing materials and tools aligned with the team’s marketing strategies.

• Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Head in executing administrative and campaign-related tasks.

• Help the marketing team design and implement automation tools to enhance marketing productivity and customer engagement.

• Contribute creative ideas and approaches to effectively promote and sell IT training programs such as Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA, and more.

• Support the Training Director in scheduling upcoming training sessions and building a training delivery pipeline.

• Engage in outreach activities and follow-ups to achieve sales targets and increase enrollment in training programs.

• Maintain a high level of motivation and accountability for reaching marketing and sales KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

• Knowledge or familiarity with IT certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL) is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, CRM tools).

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends when needed.
