Implement and monitor compliance with safety protocols, procedures, and regulations in accordance with DOLE standards (RA 11058, DO 198-18).
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard analyses.
Facilitate safety orientation, toolbox meetings, and emergency drills for workers and subcontractors.
Prepare and submit safety reports, incident/accident investigations, and safety audit documentation.
Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Coordinate with the Safety Officer of subcontractors and site management to ensure alignment with safety programs.
Attend and complete required trainings, seminars, and certifications (e.g., BOSH, COSH, SO2/SO3).
Liaise with DOLE and other regulatory agencies for compliance and reporting purposes.

Must be a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer (SO2, SO3, or higher depending on project size)
Completed relevant Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) training (e.g., BOSH or COSH)
At least 2–3 years of experience in construction site safety or a related field
Familiar with DOLE, OSHC, and DPWH safety standards and reporting procedures
Proficient in using basic office tools (MS Word, Excel) for daily documentation
Strong communication skills for conducting toolbox meetings and incident reporting
Physically fit and willing to work at project sites (exposed to dust, noise, heights)
Willing to be assigned in project locations (local or provincial)
Able to work extended hours or weekends if required by site activity
Must be capable of conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and investigations
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field.
DOLE-accredited Safety Officer (preferably SO2 or higher).
With relevant safety trainings (BOSH/COSH, First Aid, Fire Safety, etc.).
Minimum 3 years experience in construction safety.
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
