As a Research and Development Specialist at Fruitas Holdings Inc., you will be responsible for developing innovative food and beverage products that align with market trends and consumer preferences. You will also ensure all products meet our high standards for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Your role is key to maintaining food safety from product conceptualization to market launch.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or other related courses

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in product development or food manufacturing is a plus

• Basic knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, and HACCP principles

• Familiarity with food ingredients, formulation, and sensory evaluation techniques

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); documentation skills are essential

• Willing to work on-site and travel to commissary or branches when needed

• Innovative mindset with strong attention to detail

• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
