Keterangan
- Ensures that the recruitment team understands the competencies needed for every position required by each client of MAX to meet their manpower demands.
- Drives team performance in delivering qualified applicants within the strict turn time promised by Sales and committed by the HR team as part of its OKR.
- Regularly monitors the productivity output of every recruitment specialist to ensure that KPIs are met weekly. Manage and prioritize client satisfaction.
- Analyze recruitment metrics. Adjusts strategies based on recruitment data to improve performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Persyaratan
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Recruitment Supervisor
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Skilled in hitting recruitment targets, analyzing data, and working with Sales and HR to meet client needs
- Preferably has manpower experience
- Can start ASAP.
