  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and procurement processes.
  • Manage project documentation and financial records.
  • Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.

Persyaratan

  • Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - MEPFs
  • With RICS Certificate
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer and Electrical Engineer
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Quality Management, Project Management, Contract Administration, Cost Estimation, and Construction Knowledge.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage project costs, prepare cost estimates, and oversee contract negotiations.
  • Working Conditions: Office and onsite environments, may require travel to construction sites.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities.
