Keterangan

  • Coordinate cross-functional product development activities
  • Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Facilitate communication between design, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Maintain and update product documentation and records
  • Assist in product testing and quality assurance processes
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Support product lifecycle management from concept to launch
  • Identify and suggest process improvements
  • Monitor market trends and competitor products
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards

Persyaratan

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, major in Horticulture, Plant Breeding, or related fields
  • Age between 26 to 30 y/o
  • With 3 to 5 years of experience in crop management is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer software and has strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Capable of performing extensive data gathering and maintaining thorough documentation.
  • Ability to develop, evaluate, and draw inferences from data.
  • Competent in working with minimal supervision while adhering to instructions.
  • Having a driver’s license is a plus; willing to travel occasionally.
  • Having a passion for social media content creation is a plus
