Keterangan

  • Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans in coordination with project teams.
  • Supervise and guide junior planning engineers and schedulers.
  • Analyze project progress and generate weekly/monthly progress reports and variance analysis.
  • Monitor critical path activities and proactively highlight delays or potential risks.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for input into planning and forecasting.
  • Review subcontractors’ schedules and integrate them into the master schedule.
  • Participate in internal and external progress meetings; present schedule updates and forecasts.
  • Support claims, extension of time (EOT), and other contractual submissions with proper documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to project controls procedures and best practices.


Persyaratan

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
  • 2–3 years of project planning experience
  • Skilled in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
  • Strong analytical, organizational & leadership abilities
  • Solid grasp of construction methods & scheduling
  • Experience in planning documentation & reporting
  • PMP or similar certification? Even better!
