Keterangan

  • Entering and processing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Reconciling bank statements and credit card accounts on a regular basis
  • Preparing and filing tax-related documents
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
  • Issue billing statements to clients. The employee should issue statements of unpaid amounts to customers as of the end of each month.
  • Update client files. The employee should maintain accurate records of all invoices issued to customers.
  • Process credit memos. The employee should obtain approvals for credit memos and then process them in a timely manner.
  • Update the client master file. If customers change their contact information, the employee should update this information in the customer master file.
  • Prepare vouchers for payables.
