Keterangan

  • Monitors and manages inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply without excessive overstock.
  • Conducts regular inventory audits and reconciles inventory count.
  • Works closely with procurement, warehouse, Seller Success, and Accounting to align supply with forecasted demand.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to understand promotional activities, new product launches, and other factors affecting demand.
  • Analyzes historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal variations to predict future product demand.
  • Regularly updates demand plans based on changes in market and business conditions or factors like seasonal slowdowns or upcoming promotions.
  • Creates reports or dashboards to understand business performance and present findings and recommendations
  • Documents process flow based on existing processes of supply chain
  • Diagnoses root cause of issues and recommends short and long-term solutions to address it
  • Participates in special projects as needed by the company.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Persyaratan

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 
  • Has 1-2 years experience in supply chain management preferably in an e-commerce environment 
  • Solid experience in inventory management and demand planning
  • Has knowledge of process documentation and data analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in inventory management software, office applications or similar softwares, etc.
  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment.
