Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Manager at an Aircon Repair and Services Company. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, and managing appliance repair and troubleshooting. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and repairing air conditioning units, and communicating effectively with clients and staff to ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
• Appliance Repair and Troubleshooting skills
• Maintenance & Repair skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Previous experience in the air conditioning repair industry is a plus
• Relevant technical certifications or equivalent experience
