HR Tasks:

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Job posting, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Addressing employee concerns, disputes, and grievances.
  • Ensuring a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Payroll processing and ensuring timely payments.
  • Monitor and process mandatory benefits
  • Compliance and Record Keeping:
  • Maintaining employee records and documentation.

Admin Tasks:

  • Office Management:
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations of the office.
  • Managing office supplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Managing executive calendars and travel arrangements.
  • Documentation and Filing:
  • Maintaining proper records for internal and external communications.
  • Filing legal documents, contracts, and business permits.
  • Health and Safety:
  • Ensuring workplace safety protocols are in place.
  • Coordinating emergency procedures and first aid.
  • Budget and Financial Administration:
  • Assisting with budget preparation for HR and admin functions.
  • Managing expense reports and petty cash.


Persyaratan

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • HR Experience: At least 1year of experience in HR or administration, particularly in handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll etc
  • Administrative Experience: Experience in office manage
