Keterangan
- Oversee and ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Accurately manage customer orders via Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent discrepancies.
- Manage returns and exchanges per company policies.
- Resolve order inquiries and issues.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and quality control.
- Identify process improvements for efficiency and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and fulfillment metrics.
- Utilize e-commerce platforms to track order statuses.
- Coordinate with carriers for pickups and timely deliveries.
- Conduct quality checks on picked products.
- Address customer complaints and platform disputes promptly.
- Streamline fulfillment processes and prepare reports as needed.
- Support e-commerce operations, including marketing and sales monitoring.
- Ensure timely submission of products on campaigns.
- Assist in growing online presence and can start ASAP.
Persyaratan
- Must be computer literate
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Purchasing and negotiation skills
- Highly attentive to given instruction
- Shows practicality when responding to issues and concerns
- Possess a positive working attitude flexible and self-motivated
