This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager based in National Capital Region, Philippines. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial forecasts, analyzing financial data, managing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the Finance Manager will collaborate with other departments to develop financial strategies that align with company goals.

• Strong skills in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Financial Data Analysis and Risk Management
• Experience with Compliance and Financial Regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred
• Experience in the finance industry is a plus
