JOB SUMMARY The Sales Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth, building a sales team which includes recruiting, training, managing the deployment and performance of sales agents under his/her team to meet the sales targets and performance expectations within the assigned area. 

JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS  

Sales Activity Management 

Conduct daily sales activities (which may include processing of client loan application and submission to the branch, coordination with other departments such as credit for loan computation, verification, and net loan proceeds, following buy-out procedures) to achieve company sales and productivity targets.  

Plan and oversee sales activities, such as caravans, flyering, social media marketing, house-to-house visits, and telemarketing calls.  

Coordinate with agents to ensure effective client engagement and follow-up.  

Train and coach new agents on sales strategies (sales calls/tele marketing, sale presentations etc.), including discussion of policies and protocols.  

 

Team Leadership and Recruitment 

Build and develop sales team through agent recruitment.  

Supervise and guide sales agents in daily activities to optimize performance.  

Set sales targets for agents and monitor progress towards goals.  

Provide support and address issues raised by team members, escalating as necessary to the Field Sales Supervisor.  

Address concerns raised by agents and work towards developing effective solutions.  

Ensure that sales operations adhere to company standards and values, escalating any compliance issues to the appropriate channels.  

Ensure that sales teams have the right tools, skills, and product knowledge and discipline to achieve high performance.  

 

Client Engagement and Itinerary Planning  

Plan daily and weekly itineraries for agents to ensure adequate client visits and coverage.  

Attend Pensioner's meetings and coordinate with relevant parties as needed to support client relationships. 

 

Administrative  

Update and check CRM regularly. 

Ensures proper use of Revolving cash fund including timely submission of liquidation and replenishment request. 

Monitor agent's commission. 

Accurate and timely submission of documents/reports. 

Ensures proper usage and maintenance of all issued productivity tools. 

 

 

 

Others  

Annual registration of company-issued vehicle.  

Perform any other related functions as assigned by the immediate superior to support overall sales objectives and organizational needs.
