Keterangan

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate events from start to finish.
  • Create event proposals, manage event budgets, and work with vendors.
  • Oversee event logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
  • Lead ingress and egress operations with the team to ensure timely setup and breakdown of events.
  • Act as a point of contact for event-related queries, ensuring smooth communication across all parties involved.
  • Handle event monitoring, problem-solving on-site, and troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Work with a team to ensure all tasks and processes are followed through properly.

Persyaratan

  • A graduate of any bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to perform field work and handle event logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs.
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fast learner with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to start immediately (ASAP).
