Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Online Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a performance-marketing mindset, and hands-on experience managing budgets to drive conversions, traffic, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget allocation to maximize campaign performance
• Monitor daily ad performance and optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
• Create and manage ad creatives in collaboration with designers and content teams
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay up to date with platform updates, ad policies, and digital marketing trends
• Manage tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in digital performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Experience with TikTok Ads is required
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences

Qualifications
