Cost Estimation and financial analysis of new projects as well as summarizing quotations and proposals.
Prepare necessary documents for project bidding.
Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Computes cost by analyzing labor, material and time requirements.
Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; and Trainings.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Estimate project cost and make an in-house estimation for negotiation of bids.
Attends Pre-bid Meetings, Clarification Meetings and Site Inspection.

BS Electronics and Communication Engineering Graduates
Computer Literate and Good Communication Skills
Knowledgeable in using Planswift
Experience in Cost Estimation for Structured Cabling, CCTV and Door Access Works.
