- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
- Provide feedback on processes to enhance service quality.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide back office support.
Persyaratan
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficiency in English, problem-solving abilities, a strong work ethic, and technical skills for back office support.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, excellent communication, patience, and adaptability.
