Keterangan

  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
  • Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
  • Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
  • Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
  • Handle questions or complaints
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues
  • Update account status and database regularly
  • Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary
  • Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
  • Accepts Customer Orders
  • Coordinates Delivery status with dispatch group
  • Issue Sales Invoice
  • Prepare Statement of Accounts
  • Willing to do field work

Persyaratan

  • We are looking for a dedicated Collections Officer to assist with the recovery of outstanding debts.
  • The Collections Officer will liaise with debtors, negotiate payment plans and report on collection activity.
  • Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
