ABOUT THE ROLE:


This role involves managing calls with Australian clients while providing customer service and administrative support for property transactions in Queensland on behalf of a Law firm. Key duties include managing new contracts, updating records, and assisting with client onboarding and retention.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Handle emails, inbound and outbound calls with Australian clients and team members.
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service and administrative support to customers buying and selling property within Queensland, Australia.
  • Actively engage with prospective clients to build rapport quickly, understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Manage administration tasks such as reviewing property contracts of sale and other associated documentation, following up on outstanding items and keeping the client management system updated with all notes and data.
  • Work within a team to ensure great client outcomes.
  • Participate in training provided about buying and selling property within Queensland to support the clients and team.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree holder. Open for fresh graduates.
  • Excellent communication skills – articulate and able to converse effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – able to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Highly trainable – eager and quick to learn new skills and adapt to new tasks
  • Organized with an emphasis on attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Self-assured and team-oriented


ADDITIONAL DETAILS:


· Set-up and Location: Office based / Ortigas


· Work Schedule: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM (PH Time)


· Employment Type: Full-time
