Persyaratan
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of baking experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in kitchen hygiene, attention to detail, discretion, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare baked goods, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure quality control throughout the baking process.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with possible extended hours and standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: A self-starter with a customer-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.
