Job Summary:

We are looking for a Appointment Setter to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule high-potential sales meetings. The ideal candidate for this role should excel in persuasive communication, demonstrate proficiency in CRM tools, and maintain a proactive approach to outreach. This role is critical for driving sales pipeline growth, fostering client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between prospects and sales teams.

  • Engage prospects via phone, email, or chat to qualify interest and schedule sales appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align outreach strategies with target personas and sales goals.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly quotas for lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

Requirements/Skills Needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales development, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other related tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging prospects and building rapport.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and email sequencing best practices.
  • Certifications in sales techniques or CRM platforms are a plus.
  • Resilience to handle rejection and persistence in achieving outreach goals.

Additional Job Details:

Set-up and Location: WFH

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 05:00 PM AEST (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PH Time)

Employment Type: Full-time
