We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive process improvements. What You’ll Do:

• Manage all general accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Review and monitor financial reports, accounting balances, and monthly closings
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to support audits and financial reviews
• Supervise and coach the accounting team while promoting accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
• Coordinate branch and head office reconciliations, and recommend improvements in accounting processes
• Provide financial insights to support budgeting, decision-making, and credit operations

 Location: Cubao, Quezon City (Hybrid Work Setup)

• At least 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and reporting standards
• Proficient in financial systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a financial services or lending institution is a plus
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration skills
