The Accounting Manager will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements. This role involves managing bookkeeping, tax filings, financial statements, and internal controls while providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

• Supervise and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, tax filings, and government-mandated financial requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial integrity.
• Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and financial institutions.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA license preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City from Monday to Friday
