Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, including wedding planners, venues, and other event professionals.

• Conduct outreach through email campaigns, phone calls, and personalized communication to introduce prospects to the client's wedding insurance.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM system

• Educate planners and venues on the benefits of the client's wedding insurance, addressing any questions and concerns.

• Assist in onboarding new planners and venues to ensure they understand how to offer and promote client's wedding insurance to their clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with planners and venues, serving as their primary point of contact.

• Provide support and troubleshooting for clients during onboarding and as they promote the product.

• Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and suggest improvements for the wedding insurance program.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive in the US market

• Experience working in event management is a plus

• English fluency - the client must feel like the person could be in the US

• Can start ASAP

Work Schedule: within EST, CST, MST, or PST Timezone.

Work Setup: Home-based (Must be residing within Metro Manila)

• Must have at least 20mbps for both download and upload speed
