  • Experience: Research Experience, and with at least one year of work experience.
  • Location: Living in Makati City or nearby cities only.
  • Attitude: A quick learner with a high sense of urgency.


Education: Office Administration or other relevant courses


Your Role with Us:

  • You work with the President.
  • Make the President's life easier.
  • Be mentored by the President.


Snapshot


Daily Responsibilities:

  • Perform client inquiry handling.
  • Craft training and consulting proposals for clients.
  • Perform Billing process.
  • Spearhead our digital marketing efforts across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Handle additional reporting and tasks as required.


Monthly Tasks:

  • Generating various monthly reports.


Learning & Development Support:

  • Engage in meaningful learning and development activities.


Every Training Program:

  • Manage training logistics
  • Oversee vendor relations, including inquiries and payments.
  • Compile training evaluation reports.


Office & Field Work (50% telecommuting):

  • Support consultants during training programs and client meetings, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Willing to attend training and consulting engagements within and outside Metro Manila.
