The Compensation and Benefits Associate is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining compensation structures and benefit programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees. The role ensures all compensation and benefits practices adhere to labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Also, to identify cost-effective solutions for benefits programs without compromising quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, HRDM, or any related course
  • At least 1-2 years of related experience
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
  • Familiarity with the implementing rules and procedures of statutory-related government agencies
  • Background in handling statutory benefits and/or payroll processing
  • Proficient in the use of basic MS Applications for data presentation and reporting
