Descripción

  • Acts as liaison to the government agencies (SSS/PHIC/HDMF/BIR);
  • Assists in processing of loans and claims (SSS/HDMF);
  • Assists in monthly payment and posting of government mandated benefits;
  • Monitors documents for transaction with government offices (SSS/PHIC/HDMF/BIR);
  • Reports newly hired and resigned employees to the government offices;
  • Responsible for the remittance of each employee in SSS, Pagibig, and Philhealth.
  • Process Maternity and Sickness Reimbursement of internal and external employee.
  • R1A enrollment in SSS, and ER2 enrollment in Philhealth.
  • Assist employee to process SSS and HDMF loan.
  • Issues Certificate of Contribution.
  • Process Philhealth claims of hospitalization (CSF & CF1)

Requisito

  • The candidate must have college degree esp. HRDM/Management other related courses
  • Must be able to navigate MS Office proficiently
  • Good in communication skills in both writing and speaking
  • Must at least have 1 year of experience in the same field
  • Keen to details
  • Can work under pressure
  • Effective Team player
  • Fresh Grad are welcome to apply
  • Excellent to written and verbal communication
  • Good with excel and google drive
  • Graduate in Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related course
