Location: Remote (Hong Kong Timezone - Monday to Friday, and Half Day on Saturday)

We are a fast-growing start-up company seeking a Junior Virtual Assistant - Marketing to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing efforts, including content creation, social media management, graphic design, and campaign coordination. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that our brand messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our strategic goals.

This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with design tools such as Canva and Figma, have a basic understanding of social media marketing, and be eager to contribute to a growing team. • Assist in content creation for social media posts, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Support social media management, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.
• Assist in graphic design tasks using tools such as Canva and Figma.
• Maintain and update marketing workflows in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Airtable).
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and target audience insights.
• Help coordinate and organize marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Assist in email marketing efforts, including drafting, scheduling, and analyzing email performance.
• Organize and maintain the marketing asset library, including images, videos, and templates.
• Support the team in tracking and reporting marketing performance metrics.
• Assist in basic video editing and content repurposing as needed.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure branding consistency across platforms.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

• Minimum of six (6) months of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in marketing.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Portfolio required: Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing their design and/or content creation work.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Basic experience in using Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Chat, Drive).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and provide insights.
• Comfortable with change and enjoys iterative processes.
• A keen eye for design and branding consistency.
• A positive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and an understanding of the challenges of working in a start-up setting.

Essential Requirements for Remote Work

• Reliable Laptop or Desktop Computer.
• Stable and high-speed internet connection.
• Power source and backup internet connection in case of electricity interruptions.
