  • Planning: Create budgets, projections, and business plans
  • Analysis: Analyze data to support future growth and development
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments and senior leadership
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between executive management and operational teams

Requirements

Position: Assistant Vice President for Operations / Mandaluyong City

Salary Range: 80,000 to 100,000

Qualifications: 

Licensed Civil Engineer

  1. With at least 5 year experience as General Manager in Construction or in the same position, mainly in residential construction
  2. Has excellent leadership and organizational skills
  3. Excellent communication skills 
  4. Can delegate tasks to right personnel and able to reassess the current project status and prioritize activities
