Description
- Identify potential candidates using job portals, social media, and other channels
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments if any
- Maintain a pool of qualified applicants for ongoing and future job orders
- Follow up on candidate status
- Attend job fairs, school visits, and other sourcing events
Requirements
- AGE - 28-40 years old.
- Strong personality
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, or Computer Science related course
- With or without HR experience (experience is an advantage)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Canva etc.)
- Trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to meet targets
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
