Description
- Monitoring and analyzing operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Identifying and proposing work process improvements.
- Coordinating with various departments such as logistics, production, sales, and customer service.
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Creating operational performance reports and providing data-driven recommendations.
- Addressing daily operational challenges and seeking quick and effective solutions.

Requirements
- Minimum education of D3/S1 in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in operations (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work with data and management systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Communicative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
