• We are looking for a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in both Spanish and English.
• You will be responsible for delivering accurate information, following process guidelines, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in every interaction.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications:

• Open to local Filipino bilinguals.
• Must have completed at least High School (Old Curriculum), Associate Degree, Diploma, or College degree.
• Open to native Spanish speakers with a permanent working visa in the Philippines.
• Open to candidates without CSR/BPO experience but with a background as a Spanish Language Teacher, Translator, or Instructor.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Bilingual Spanish Speaker in the BPO industry is preferred.
• Must be able to start ASAP and willing to work onsite.
