Job Responsibilities:

1. Familiarity with mainstream cloud computing and big data products (Hadoop/Hive/Flink/Yarn/ES/Kafka, etc.)

2. Big data expert in real-time computing focusing on Flink, proficient in Flink SQL development

3. Build and optimize offline and real-time data pipelines, ensuring data timeliness and accuracy

4. Independently interface with business requirements end-to-end, responsible for the research, design, and construction of the content recommendation service data system, performance optimization, and empowering business growth through data products and services.

5. Responsible for user profiling and tagging in content recommendation scenarios

6. Develop functionalities for real-time monitoring dashboards of the content recommendation system, feature quality monitoring, A/B testing metrics monitoring, and data quality monitoring.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field from an accredited university, preferably in computer science or a related discipline.

2. Over 3 years of experience in independently addressing end-to-end business requirements, demonstrating excellent self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility and drive, exceptional communication skills, and teamwork spirit, as well as outstanding learning ability with a willingness to continuously challenge oneself.

3. Familiarity with data warehouse modeling, with successful experience in designing and remodelling large-scale data warehouses.

4. Proficient in various big data architectures, especially Alicloud Dataworks/MaxCompute and AWS Spark, Databricks, StarRocks/Doris.

5. In-depth understanding of real-time development, expertise in Flink real-time task performance tuning and stress testing, with prior experience in reading Flink source code preferred.

6. Experience in data development for large-scale internet systems (advertising, search, recommendation), with familiarity in the architecture of recommendation systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. IELTS scores of 7 or above in all four sections.

2. Experience working in English-speaking regions overseas for more than 3 years.

3. Experience in overseas e-commerce, with preference given to those familiar with architecture design in multi-country and multi-language environments.

4. Solid foundation in Java with backend development experience.
