产品策划经理
Description
负责从0到1定义新产品形态（H5预测、抽奖、养成、Mini App等）；
- 根据Web2用户画像，策划易上手、高转化的交互玩法；
- 输出产品原型与功能逻辑文档；
- 与开发团队、UI设计师协作，推动快速上线；
- 对上线后数据进行验证与复盘，判断是否扩大流量投放；
- 规划多产品矩阵，统一激励体系与用户通证经济。
Requirements
- 有Web3产品策划或游戏策划背景；
- 理解用户漏斗转化逻辑；
- 能独立编写PRD与产品交互图；
- 对数字货币与用户激励有深刻理解。
