Main responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing and implementing overall SEO strategies to enhance the natural ranking of the company's website on search engines such as Google.
2. Thoroughly analyze SEO data and website traffic, identify optimization opportunities, and propose specific improvement measures.
3. Regularly conduct website SEO audits, identify technical SEO issues, and work with the technical team to fix them.
4. Improve the organic search performance of the website through keyword research, content optimization, and external link building.
5. Monitor and analyze industry trends, stay up-to-date with the latest SEO technologies and Google algorithm updates, and adjust optimization strategies in a timely manner.
6. Develop and implement effective content marketing strategies to ensure that page content complies with SEO practices and increases page visibility and click-through rates.
7. Work closely with advertising, content editing, research and development, design, and other teams to ensure consistency in SEO strategies across all channels.
8. Provide regular SEO reports, evaluate the effectiveness of SEO activities, optimize KPI indicators, and support the achievement of company marketing goals.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in computer science, marketing, or related fields.
2. At least 8 years of experience in Google SEO, with successful optimization cases in multiple industries and large websites.
3. Deep understanding of the ranking mechanisms of the Google search engine and familiarity with various SEO tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
4. Strong technical SEO knowledge, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience in web development or CMS website creation.
5. Familiarity with SEO techniques such as content optimization, keyword research, and large-scale automated website page optimization.
6. Experience in large-scale external link building and authority enhancement, with access to a wide range of external link resources across multiple industries.
7. Proficient in writing Python scripts for managing large volumes of duplicate data and automating tasks to improve work efficiency.
8. Adept in data analysis and problem-solving, capable of driving decisions and optimizing strategies through data-driven methodologies.
