Description
- We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our wholesale sales operations in the machinery and industrial equipment sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent knowledge of industrial products, and the ability to manage a sales team while building long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals with key clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing coaching and support to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities with distributors, contractors, manufacturers, and industrial clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or machinery sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, or related products.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong management and strategic skills
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.
- Open to higher salary ranges based on qualifications.
