Participate in executing the company’s business strategy across Taiwan, Southeast Asia, or Europe, defining objectives and implementation plans for the derivatives business.

Establish and manage regional business teams to ensure the achievement of overall regional targets.

Drive regional channel expansion and KOL strategy execution to facilitate seamless transitions from B2B partnerships to consumer acquisition.

Oversee the planning and execution of all marketing and promotional activities in the assigned region.

Support initiatives to enhance and optimize the company’s products.

Minimum 2–3 years of regional business team management experience and 3–5 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry.

Proven track record of partnership development in the financial sector and extensive KOL network and channel resources across Taiwan, Europe, and Southeast Asia (including Malaysia and Thailand).

Goal-oriented with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
