We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to help grow our insurance team by identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented individuals who are passionate about financial services and helping clients secure their future. The Recruiter will play a key role in building a strong team of Financial Advisors/Insurance Agents, ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates, and supporting the organization’s growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
