Description
- Source candidates through various platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified applicants based on job requirements
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for next steps
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process
- Manage onboarding activities such as pre-employment requirements, orientation, and document processing
- Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment records
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with different departments to fulfill staffing needs promptly
- Provide a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and resume databases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies at a time
- Experience in onboarding is a strong advantage
