Description
- Manage candidate screenings.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates; manage job postings and build relationships with hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Process of hiring Engineers & Nurses for deployment is a plus.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; proficient in applicant tracking systems.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with possible remote work options; flexible hours may apply.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
