  • Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
  • Perform data entry and manage appointment schedules.

Requirements

  • Job Title: Receptionist
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent English language skills, effective time management, strong written communication, and outstanding organizational skills.
